Facilitators 

A cohort of Facilitators drawn from Economic Development Boards and other trusted industry conveners will provide valuable assistance to Aloha Connects Innovation throughout the program. Collectively, Facilitators bring a proven track record and existing capacity and understanding of emerging sectors to successfully recruit and assist Host Companies in providing a rewarding experience for Participants.

Facilitators will convene on a regular basis to provide updates, feedback to EDAH and the Project Team, as well as receive additional guidance from EDAH as they move through subsequent phases of the project. EDAH will provide a toolkit of resources to Facilitators to equip them with approved guidelines, policies, and reporting requirements.

During the program period beginning in September and extending to December 15, 2020, Facilitators will:

  • Recruit and enroll Host Companies

  • Assist with recruiting and matching Participants with Host Companies

  • Work with Host Companies to determine on-the-job and other training needs for Participants

  • Ensure monitoring and reporting requirements of ACI are met
